Over the ten plus years that I have worked as a tutor, I have learned that some of the smartest students simply need a level of individualized attention not present within the classroom environment. Time and again, I witnessed students struggling to understand the material, not because they lacked in ability, but simply because their learning style did not match that of the larger class. 

As this truth became clear to me, I developed a passion for tutoring because I began to see that all students can succeed if put within the right learning environment.

I started Payne’s Prep in order to achieve the personalized experience of a small scale tutoring company with the convenience of online tutoring. Through 1-on-1 tutoring, online workshops, study guides, and digital courses, I strive to provide students with the tools they need to succeed!
